COVID-19 RESPONSE – Issue 2 date 26th March 2020

All of our staff are now working from home, so please e-mail us or use the live chat on our website to keep in touch with us about any of your queries.
We are unable to answer the office phones, and cannot collect voicemail either, so please use the above methods to stay in touch.

We are still able to maintain all of the office functions, payments and order processing is continuing as normal. Payroll services are unaffected.

All users with childcare vouchers or workplace nursery orders have been contacted or are being contacted to ensure that they get the service they need and to try and avoid making payment to childcare providers where payments are not required.
