Technical Manager

David Haughton

Technical Manager David came to us with a 30 year history in engineering and a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Salford University. Lately working in the UK Motor Racing Industry in which he still has an interest, David is married and lives with his wife Amanda and their son. Heading up the technical side of the company and involved from the companies inception, he deals with the computer systems, databases, website structures and processes

Corporate and Marketing Director

Amanda Ward

Corporate and Marketing Director, with over 20 years’ experience in marketing Amanda has been working in the childcare service industry for nearly 10 years now. With a BA Hons in Business Studies she has worked in marketing for a huge variety of companies such as Agfa Gevaert Ltd, Securicor, Vimto and Staywell – who make cat flaps!

IT Director

Vic Johnston

Vic is the IT Director as well as being a company director. With an MBA (with a distinction no less!) he has been in the IT industry since the mid 90’s so has a great wealth of experience that he utilises to ensure that our clients get the very best from our systems. Vic is careful to ensure that we are careful to ensure that all of the data we manage for our clients is protected fully and that our systems are robust enough to ensure that we can look after hundreds of thousands of employee’s data quickly and efficiently.

Business Development Manager

Samantha Davies

Samantha is the Business Development Manager as well as our Sales Manager. Samantha has been with the company since 2011 and has progressed through the business.

As part of Samantha’s role she works closely with our sales team helping employers to offer an extensive range of employee benefits. Samantha’s main focus is to implement benefits to help employers attract key employees during recruitment and motivating, retaining and engaging the best employees within their business.

All of our client team work hard to bring you the best service and products possible and as part of our ethos of continual improvement, they get involved in the development of new products and often try them out first!
